“You know, the last time I was in Germany and I saw a man standing above everyone else, we ended up disagreeing.”
CAPTAIN AMERICA

Height: 6’0
Physical Description: Before the Super Soldier Serum was administered, I was just a skinny kid from Brooklyn. After, I was six foot tall, cut like one of those movie stars and felt as good as I look. Powers or Special Abilities: The Super Soldier Serum gave Captain Rogers enhanced strength, speed and durability. His metabolism is four times faster than the average person, as well as his ability to heal.
Skills: Basic Military Training, in his time in the 21st Century, Steve learned how to use a number of martial arts as to better himself in hand to hand combat. Now that he’s not at war, Cap refuses to carry a gun.
Advantages: Steve has a good heart. He always puts others above himself, no matter the situation. Because of his upbringing and smaller stature before becoming Captain America, he is incredibly down to Earth and levelheaded. He’s also a proven leader.
Disadvantages: Besides his enhanced natural abilities, Captain America is still human. He can be stopped, even killed. Steve is also a soldier, he’s incredibly used to take orders from superiors.
Occupation: Hero
Citizenship: The United States of America
Place of Birth: Brooklyn, New York
Relatives: None living.
History: Hello. My name is Captain Steven Rogers. I was born to a small family in Brooklyn, New York. My father was killed in action during World War I and my mother died a short while after of pneumonia. I did what I could to get by, always getting help from my friend James Buchanan; I liked to call him Bucky.
When the war began, I tried to enlist, but who was going to take a frail kid like me? It wasn’t until I found out Bucky was going that I finally got some luck. At the Stark Expo, I was chosen for a special project by Dr. Abraham Erskine. He had faith in me, through the whole training process. That’s also where I met Peggy Carter. She was a special lady.
I was chosen and the Super Soldier Serum was administered into me. That’s when everything changed. The serum worked. Unfortunately, Dr. Erskine was killed by a German spy, and he took the secrets of the serum to the grave. Really, I think that’s for the best.
I was given the task of performing for crowds in an attempt to raise the sales of war bonds. That worked, as well as my films, which were seen all around the world. It was when I went to perform for a USO show that things really started to pick up for me.
At that show, I learned that four hundred soldiers had been taken captive by Hydra, and with help from Peggy and Howard Stark, I was able to drop in and liberate them. Finally I was allowed to take part in active duty against Hydra. I was asked to lead a group of men to directly find and destroy Hydra bases and factories.
This all came to a head when one of their top agents was found. We went to capture him, but lost Bucky in the process. I’ll never forget that day. I’ll never forget Bucky.
We mounted a full assault on Johann Schmidt, better known as the Red Skull and after boarding his plane, Schmidt and I fought until he was absorbed by this device from another Universe, called the Tesseract. I had to put his plane into the ocean so that it couldn’t do any harm to the intended landing place, New York City.
I crashed it down into the ocean, which was out in the Arctic somewhere. That’s where I was reportedly frozen for 70 something years.
SHIELD found me and thawed me out some time later. I was tasked with adapting into modern society. Believe me, it’s not easy, I don’t get just about any of it. I’ll catch on, eventually.
I was called in for one special mission. Dealing with Loki, some kind of god. A special force was put into place to deal with them. The battle led all the way to my home, New York City. Myself and several others had to deal with an invading army of creatures from another dimension. In the end, Tony Stark was able to launch a nuclear warhead into the rift and then Agent Romanoff closed it.
I was there when Thor took Loki back to their world. I said goodbye to Dr. Banner, Stark, Agents Barton and Romanoff. Then, I took off on my motorcycle.
And that’s where we left off. It’s been six months, and I’ve been traveling the country.
