Felicia does not settle for second best, even as a child her father would tell her, "If you love basketball, you should work to become a basketball player and not just a cheerleader". Receiving whatever she wanted as a child, and stealing whatever she wanted as an adult.

Deciding to take after her father, a world-renowned cat burglar, Felicia started to steal things (particularly art). After collecting a mass fortune she started to plan her father's break-out of jail. She is an expert at lock-picking, stealth, and is a clever escape-artist.

Felicia trained herself in various different types of martial arts and is now quite adept at hand-to-hand combat. Particularly, she is adept at Judo and Karate, and when she uses her abilities to the fullest she is able to out combat and outmaneuver villains like Sabretooth.
Advantages:
Beautiful, and with that plunging suit Felicia can be a major distraction to those who appreciate the female form. She can be persuasive, and is a smooth-talker, a quality that a burglar should have in case they ever get caught up. Manipulation and charisma come to mind.
Disadvantages:
Felicia is a mortal. She's not a mutant, there's nothing special going on with her right now. That's crazy, getting involved in the super hero/villain world without any powers. She's wild! Humble beginnings, I grew up as the only child to parents Walter and Lydia Hardy. My parents loved me, my father would get me anything I asked for. I was spoiled, and I didn't care. I loved every moment of it. Parts of me still wish that my father would shower me with gifts as he once did.
That's impossible though. Eventually I found out my parents had been lying to me. It's all a very touchy subject... my mother told me that my father died in a plane crash. She never was a good liar. I found out that he had actually been incarcerated. He was a world renowned cat burglar. That's very admirable, no sarcasm of course. I aspire to be just like my father.
Quickly, I took up many basic things a burglar should know. Lock-picking and safe-cracking a few of them. I never told my mother what I was doing in my spare time, she'd only worry.
Something else she should worry about? When I was a freshman in college I was almost raped. Luckily, he was stopped. Still, I was very angry. I had already been studying Acrobatics and Martial Arts, but I intensified my regimes after this happened. I am not a victim, I will not be treated like one. Please, don't be sympathetic.
I never did get my revenge. Instead Ryan was killed in a car accident. Lucky him, I had planned much worse.
That leaves us at the present. I've donned my Black Cat costume a few times at this point (getting ready for the big night I break my father out). Black Cat is turning a few heads in the super hero community, let's see what happens. I'm wild, I'm always up for a good cat-and-mouse game.
