Location: Avengers Tower Gym Date: Nine Months After the Chitauri Attack on Manhattan Time of Day: AfternoonIt had taken weeks to get Doctor Banner to agree to meet him for a training session, Cap was beginning to think that the day would never come. However, here it was. Steve was always up for a challenge, today he and Bruce were going to work on his control over his transformed state, The Hulk.
Steve had witnessed The Hulk's incredible power first hand. Banner's transformed state was impossibly powerful, but the downside was the beast was practically uncontrollable, all Bruce could do was aim the transformation at an objective, then his control was minimal at best.
Today, Steve was going to take a crack at helping Bruce with aiming Hulk's power. The room behind him was Tony's self-repairing training hall, they could do all sorts of damages in there, and the room would fix itself. He was hoping they could make progress on working out what the Hulk's allies and aims were.

Bruce had been dreading this day, but after Steve's endless pestering, he had finally allowed him to have a training session with him. He just didn't understand. What made him the Hulk was the same serum that gave him his powers, except mixed with deadly radiation which gave him impossibly high stretngh. "Well, let's at least humor him.." Bruce said to himself, pulling on a shirt and shorts. It was an old white shirt and some dirty black pants, not like it mattered. Every time he transformed, he woke up with nothing but a pair of shorts on anyways.
Bruce made his way down to there the Captain was waiting for him. "Alright, I'm here." he said. "Should I bring him out, or are you going to?" Most likely it would be the former, because if Steve was the cause of his anger, he would be the sole target of the Hulk's power. On the other hand, if he called it out, it would be impossilbe to say for sure what would happen, since there was no one or thing to let loose on.

Cap nodded to the Doctor when he entered the room, grinning and greeting the man, "Afternoon Doctor Banner." Steve was always polite in any situation, exactly how he was raised to be. The Captain listened as Bruce asked how they should go about calling for the Hulk's attention. Steve had to agree with Bruce's method, as he didn't want to enrage the beast, but instead turn his anger into a well aimed weapon rather than a random raging beast.
"You should call it out Doctor Banner. You need to remember that you and The Hulk are one. When you make that connection, you'll finally be able to achieve full control. There's got to be something you can keep in mind." Steve was hoping to help Doctor Banner achieve some sort of serene state between calmness and rage.
